Canvas business model

El objetivo de esta formación es conocer cómo identificar y resumir los conceptos más relevantes de una idea de negocio en un lienzo de modelo de negocio (Canvas business model). Este taller capacitará al participante para identificar de una forma sencilla y resumida las nueve áreas que todo emprendedor debe tener en cuenta antes de poner en marcha su iniciativa empresarial.

During the course, in addition to learning the theory related to the business model canvas, participants will have the opportunity to design, with the help of the teacher, their own business model.
