The person responsible for the treatment of INTEGRAL SUPPORT FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP is the General Directorate of Entrepreneurship, with address at C/ Príncipe de Vergara, 140, dgie@madrid.es. The data is collected for the purpose of advising, promoting and supporting the creation and consolidation of new companies, as well as training and supporting entrepreneurs and businessmen with conferences, workshops and other networking activities of special interest to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The data provided will be kept as long as the relationship is maintained, its deletion is not requested by the interested party and for a period of 10 years from the last action. They will not be used to make automated decisions.

The processing of data is legitimized in the execution of the powers attributed to the Madrid City Council by Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime; Law 22/2006, of July 4, on Capitalism and Special Regime of Madrid and those attributed in matters of entrepreneurship and business incubators by Agreement of the Governing Board, of June 27, 2019, on Organization and Competencies of the Area of Government of Economy, Innovation and Finance, and for the consent requested, without prejudice to its possible withdrawal, without retroactive effects.

The data will not be transferred to third parties except in the cases provided for in current regulations.

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether the General Directorate of Entrepreneurship is processing personal data that concerns them or not. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, interested persons may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims.

Also for reasons related to their particular situation, interested persons may oppose the processing of their data. The person responsible for the treatment will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims. Likewise, you have the right to withdraw the consent granted, in which case it will be effective from the moment you request it, without having retroactive effects, and the right to claim before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
