This Christmas the healthy eating workshops for boys and girls from 7 to 12 years old are back.
There will be 4 different times so you can go to the one that best suits you:
🗓️ December 27 ⏰ 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. 🗓️ December 28 ⏰ 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
🗓️ December 27 ⏰ 4 to 5 p.m. 🗓️ December 28 ⏰ 4 to 5 p.m.

Little ones will learn the importance of a balanced diet and delicious ways to stay healthy.
What will they learn?
- Know the properties of foods.
- Learn new ways and techniques of healthy cooking.
- Cook with homemade measures.
- Economize in the kitchen, taking advantage of all the resources we have without wasting anything.
- Combine different ingredients in the same dish to achieve nutritional balance.
- Improvise with the resources available when a utensil is missing.
- Improvise when having to prepare food with little time.
- Take care of the presentation of dishes, learning curious and original ways.
