Contracts and legality course, focused on starting your own business. When we are going to start a business we are faced with countless contracts and negotiations and we cannot have a full time lawyer. In this workshop we are going to cover the most important ones: rental and supplier ones.

We will have Mª Elena Fraile, lawyer and volunteer of the Nantik Lum Foundation, with a lot of experience in the legal and contractual area, who will give the keys and tips that should be taken into account when negotiating.

The objective of this workshop is focused on the rental contracts and suppliers that we must know to start our business. It is to know and deepen the legal elements. Offer you the tools that allow you to know what a contract should include and, above all, which are the most important parts that you should focus on. Ignorance of legal aspects leads us to make mistakes when signing some contracts.
