Third formation of the training cycle #FábricaVillaverde which consists of a pre-incubation program composed of several modules. The objective we have with this training cycle is to help you with your business evolution, bringing cutting-edge and innovative topics closer to the general user with a familiar language that is applicable to your project or business.

During 8 hours, divided into two training sessions of 4 hours each, we will learn to implement the methodology used by the startups.

In recent decades, business plans have been drawn up using the traditional method: projects were conceived in the office, researched for months from the computer, a detailed plan was drawn up, financing was obtained, and they were launched on the market. But something happened: the failure rate was very high.

The methodology Lean Startup breaks into the 21st century to solve this problem: redesigns the business generation process and he does it a lot more efficient, saving entrepreneurs time and money. In fact, this concept adopts the philosophy Lean Manufacturing applied by Toyota for the elimination of "waste" in production processes: the Lean Startup is the evolution of this idea and its adaptation for the launch of new companies to the market.

The objectives of the session:

1. Learn and apply the process of creating startups through the validation of hypotheses.
2. Know the benefits and risks of applying this methodology and apply the first steps of the cycle Lean Startup to your own project.
