Soft skills (soft skills) in the face of uncertainty

The soft skills are a set of interpersonal skills that relate to the way people interact and communicate with others. The new professional paradigm greatly values these skills since can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work teams.

Objective:

Skills such as effective communication, leadership, empathy, teamwork or time management are some of the soft skills key that we will analyze and put into practice in different work contexts. The objective will be to give individual authority over those soft skills that are our strength but also to identify those that we need to develop as a priority.

Program:

We will address in an introductory manner the work scenario in which we live and the relevance at a strategic level that soft skills provide us from the business project to the individual career.

The second part will be eminently practical, knowing how to efficiently justify what behaviors in different possible interaction scenarios at work.
