Identification and summary of key concepts of the business model

We will learn how to identify and summarize the most relevant concepts of a business idea in a business model canvas. This workshop will enable the participant to identify in a simple and summarized way the nine areas that every entrepreneur must take into account before launching their business initiative.

During the course, in addition to learning the theory related to the business model canvas, participants will have the opportunity to design, with the help of the teacher, their own business model.
