The public procurement it is an instrument to achieve smart, sustainable and inclusive growth for SMEs. In fact, the guidelines on public procurement adopted since 2014 provide a set of instruments that allow EU Member States to make more efficient and strategic use of public procurement, and thus increase the development of their companies.
To do this, it is necessary to ensure the efficient application of public procurement rules at all levels in order to get the most out of this essential instrument for European and national investments. Just as it is also necessary to guarantee the most efficient use of public funds and public buyers and sellers need to be able to contract in accordance with the most demanding standards of professionalism.
In this training you will be able to know and understand in a simple way the legislation on public procurement and the bidding process. In this way, this training will allow you to know how the public sector works, so you will have access to updated information on public procurement legislation from the company's point of view, managing the basic concepts that are necessary.
Likewise, this training will allow you to learn to detect business opportunities in public administrations. In this way, you will be able to prepare your company for the relationship with public administrations and carry out analysis of possible contracts, for which you will learn about the preparation of offers and the bidding for public contracts of interest.
In short, it will allow you to gain knowledge of the entire public procurement process, from a very practical approach both for the initial study, the bid submission process, the phases that make up the bidding procedure, and in the event of being awarded, the Fundamental elements both for the execution of the contract and its subsequent termination.
The training will be developed with a practical and experiential methodology, encouraging participation and adapted to the needs of the attendees, offering tools and advice for implementation in the day-to-day business of the company.
The training will take place on the days December 12, 13, 14 and 15 in hybrid format. The schedule for its development is from 10:00 to 14:30.
