“My house: a life in community”: experiences of people with disabilities

From 2022, Full Inclusion is developing the projectMy house: a life in community“, a research and development project on the deinstitutionalization of people with intellectual disabilities with great support needs. An important area to highlight in this project has been the training and work part.
During the session, we will learn about the methodologies used to train and support these people, as well as the tangible and emotional benefits that various companies have experienced by having people with disabilities on their teams.
Additionally, you will be able to hear first-hand how these individuals have contributed significantly to various companies and organizations, and how their inclusion has enriched the work environment and led to positive results.
The information session will be held by David Novella, community connector of the project.
It will be an excellent opportunity to learn, reflect and connect with a fundamental part of our work community.
