FreeThe practical workshop “Diversity and intercultural management in business internationalization” aims to address the different cultures and negotiation patterns in international markets.
We will address the main elements that are part of an internationalization and international negotiation process, from the point of view of cultural diversity and how this plays a sometimes critical role in the success (or failure) of projects.
As a complement to the workshop, subsequent support will be provided to the entrepreneur in the form of individual tutorials, in which we will proceed to address each project in a more concrete way.
