This way of working is a work tool focused on productivity that has made it possible for Google come to be Google and that his ambitious mission “to organize all the world's information” has been achievable. The implementation of the objectives and key results (OKR) since its inception have caused spectacular growth in its turnover, in addition to serving as a model for many organizations and companies in the way of managing the productivity and talent of their employees.
