Agile management in the gastronomy sector – Training program

FreeDesign thinking, lean startup or SCRUM are not terms far removed from gastronomy, nor are they elements of the future, they are management methodologies that we can apply now to bring our business closer to demand.
Through this training program in project management through agile methodologies for the HORECA sector, you will learn new tools with which to empathize with the diner or client, methods to establish new indicators of success and systems to generate MVP's and prototypes for your new dishes or products .
If you have a gastronomy-based business and are interested in agile methodologies or don't know what they are but want to get to know your customers better or adapt your offer, sign up for this program.

The course consists of 6 sessions, on the following days:
- Monday June 19: Introduction to the methodologies.
- Tuesday June 20: Trends and state of the gastronomy sector.
- Wednesday June 21: Construction of new gastronomic models.
- Monday June 26: IIntroduction to Design thinking in Gastronomy. Empathize, define and ideate.
- Tuesday June 27: Read startup. Build, measure and learn. Generation of gastronomic MVP's and measurement tools.
- Wednesday June 28: SCRUM, Roles, Artifacts and Processes.
All sessions begin at 4:00 p.m. and will last approximately 2 hours.
At the end of the course, we will give a diploma to those who have attended all the sessions of the program.

- Active or unemployed chefs oriented to an Executive Chef or restaurant management position.

Madrid Food Innovation Hub is the first center for the promotion of entrepreneurship, innovation and technology in the agri-food value chain of the city of Madrid. A pioneering experience in the world that will revolutionize the global foodtech industry from the city of Madrid.
