Processes, organization and structure of a microenterprise

In this training we will learn to define and classify the jobs necessary for the performance of the business activity, as well as to describe them exhaustively and assess them both internally and in relation to the labor market.

In addition, we will see how new technologies affect the company organization and structure. We will get to know alternative organizational models to the conventional hierarchical and pyramidal organization, more adapted to the new environments of autonomy and teleworking, such as organizational self-management and its variants, holocracy, sociocracy, and agile organizations.

The objective of this session is to identify the key business processes and build an organizational structure according to its size and growth forecast, in a rational and efficient way, providing organizational clarity to the team.
