Grosso Napoletano It has been baking for five years the success of a business concept that was born to revolutionize and democratize the consumption of the original Neapolitan pizza, deindustrializing it and recovering the figure of the traditional pizzaioli.
Five years later, its general director, Bruno Gonzalez, sits at the table to savor the milestones of this firm.
A firm that has sold a whopping more than six million pizzas in its still short history, and already adds 25 operational locations in Spain. Figures that, if their forecasts do not fail, will increase this year.
Our protagonist estimates that by the end of 2022 they will have 30 active restaurants in the national market and 50 by the end of 2023. By then they estimate that they will have already opened what will be their first pizzeria in Portugal and abroad.
Angel Child, delegate councilor for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the Madrid City Council, will once again serve as host and lead this talk.
